Registration information

Registration for the conference is via this online form. On completing the form we will review your booking and then send an invoice.

Anybody wishing to attend the conference sessions/plenaries must register in advance, including panel convenors, speakers and the organising committee.

Registration fees

Registration includes access to all sessions.

Prices are as follows:

• £80 for Non-Fellows
• £60 for RAI & RGS Fellows and Members
• £30 for Concessions
• £15 for Delegates with low income from Low Income countries

If you are interested in becoming a RAI Fellow or Member you can apply online at http://www.therai.org.uk/joining. Your fellowship or membership must be paid for the current year before you can receive the reduced rate for the conference.

Please select the correct category of registration in the form. If you have already submitted a panel/paper, the form should recognise you once you enter your name and date of birth. If it does not, please do not proceed, but instead email admin@therai.org.uk for a reminder as to how you previously input your name. If you make a mistake, please do not resubmit, but email your amendment to info@therai.org.uk.

Cancellation

Refunds of your registration fee are available up to six weeks before the conference. A 20% administration fee will be deducted.  

In the event the RAI must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, the RAI will refund the cost of registration.
