Registration Now Open

Registration for the conference is now open and the form can be found here.  The conference will be held in London at the British Museum, SOAS and Senate House 1-3 June 2018.

Registration for the conference is via online form. All convenors, speakers, discussants and chairs are requested to register for the conference before 25th March, in order to appear in the conference programme. On completing the form we will review your booking and then send an invoice.

Anybody wishing to attend the conference sessions/plenaries must register in advance, including panel convenors, speakers and the organising committee.

Registration fees

Registration includes the conference book and access to all sessions and events.

Prices are as follows:

  • £190 for Non-Fellows
  • £95 for RAI Fellows
  • £170 for RAI Members
  • £60 for RAI Student Fellows
  • £80 for Concessions (students not affiliated with the RAI, unemployed and retired persons)

It is preferable for delegates to attend the whole event, however there are also day rates, which can be selected for a maximum of one day (if you wish to attend two days or more you should select full registration). The day rate prices are; £95 for Non-Fellows, £50 for RAI Fellows, £85 for RAI Members, £30 for RAI Student Fellows and £40 for Concessions.

Cancellations are accepted up to six weeks before the conference. A 20% administration fee will be deducted.
