I enclose a letter for each of your three referees which you should forward to them. Your referees should place their report in an envelope, sign the seal, cover their signature with clear tape, and return it to you.

When you have received your referees’ envelopes, please send them with six copies of your completed application form and any attachments (collated and stapled) to the Office Manager at the above address.

Given the number of applications for this fund, it is very important that the instructions for the submission of applications are followed carefully.
