Given the number of applications for this fund, it is very important that the instructions for the submission of applications are followed carefully.

Please note that you are responsible for obtaining your referees' reports and returning them to the Institute. Your referees should, on receipt of the referees’ letter, place their report in an envelope, seal it and cover their signature with clear tape, and return the envelope to you. When you have received your referees' envelopes, please send them with five copies of your completed application form and five copies of any attachments to the Office Manager at the address below.

Please note that we must have both of your references before your application can be considered by the Trustees, and they must accompany your application.

Please enclose a stamped self addressed postcard with your application if you wish receipt to be acknowledged. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact me.
